50 Days to More: Day Eight

Last week, we discussed that in order to see increase in our lives, we have to know who the true source of increase is: our mighty God! Day Seven (1/13/18): Seven Reasons God Wants You to Have More
We’re already at the last day of our first week of this devotional series! We have firmly established the fact that God himself is the one true source of increase in our lives. Day Six (1/12/18): The Promise of Deuteronomy

Deuteronomy is the “second law” that God gave to Moses for the new generation of Israelites. This is the book where we find the ten commandments. God allowed Job to go through this not because he was an evil man who was being punished, but because he was a righteous man who was being tested. God identified Job as a man who “fears God and turns away from evil (Job 1:8).” The Lord was confident Job would never turn from him and curse his name, no matter what the enemy took away from him.
