Kingdom Culture: When Righteousness Dwells

On earth as it is in heaven.

We sing it all the time. Jesus taught us to make it our prayer. Our desire as Christians is to see the Kingdom of heaven reigning here on earth. How will our lives change when this finally happens? Dramatically. What will be different? Everything.

“But according to his promise we are waiting for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.”-2 Peter‬ ‭3:13‬ ‭

When righteousness and God's will are the center of life here on earth, I believe we will see miracles like never before. Physical ailments, relationships, hearts, and minds will be healed! We will worship the Lord with everything we have, at all times. We will teach and learn about the Lord in new ways. Love will be the fuel on which humanity is driven. There will be no hesitations, no distractions, and no reservations.

A world without sickness, hate, stress, sin, and brokenness...it might sound too good to be true. But thank God that He has a beautiful design that promises a world that will be better than we could ever imagine in our wildest dreams!
