Day Four (1/10/18): The Story of Job
The story of Job may be one of the most inspiring and encouraging bible stories, especially in the area of increase. Job was a man who had it all and lost it all. To summarize, Job suffered many attacks including the loss of his servants, sheep, camels, children, health, and a healthy relationship with his wife. God allowed Job to go through this not because he was an evil man who was being punished, but because he was a righteous man who was being tested. God identified Job as a man who “fears God and turns away from evil (Job 1:8).” The Lord was confident Job would never turn from him and curse his name, no matter what the enemy took away from him.

For every good thing God gives His children, Satan creates a lie or counterfeit in an attempt to steal that gift from us. This is especially true in the area of increase. We must come to a place where we truly believe that it is God’s desire for us to have more. In order to do that, we need to recognize the lies that the enemy uses to distort God’s desire to bless us with more.
Day One (1/7/18): Introduction
We all want more. We would be lying if we said there was never a time where we desired more for ourselves. Does that make us greedy? Does it mean that we are ungrateful for what God has already given us? Is it okay to want to prosper?
This January we are going to be launching a 50 Day Devotional Plan, from January 7 - February 25th. Our emphasis for this devotional is going to be in line with our prayer and mission for the rest of year, starting with 50 Days to More!
